Our full-length exams are designed to simulate the actual NBCOT® Exam experience and cannot be paused. However, if you have approved accommodations, you can use them during our full-length exams.

Yes, we offer accommodations to support your needs. For our full-length exams, you can choose from extended time options (1, 2, or 4 hours) and built-in breaks that allow you to pause the timer.

Unfortunately, NBCOT® does not disclose their scoring methodology or question weighting, which means we cannot provide a scaled score. Instead, we offer a percentage score based on the number of correct and incorrect answers. We consider 80% to be above a passing score, and we encourage our students to aim for this threshold or higher to feel confident and prepared for the actual exam.

We do not offer extensions on our packages. If your package is nearing expiration and you need more time, you will need to re-purchase the package.

Yes, we offer a pass guarantee with specific criteria. If you've passed all of our exams with a score of 80% or higher and don't pass the actual exam, we'll give you an additional 30 days of access at no cost.

The Performance Analysis is a detailed breakdown of your performance, highlighting your strengths and weaknesses. This comprehensive report allows you to review each question, including the time spent, rationale, domain, and specific topic. By examining this data, you can identify areas where you need improvement, tailor your studying to focus on weaknesses, and ultimately optimize your preparation. Additionally, you can download and print the Performance Report for the full-length exams, providing a convenient reference for your studies.

The ExamSim and the PDF Prep Packs are two separate products, each with a different purpose:

• ExamSim → Focused only on practice exams with detailed rationales, scoring feedback, and performance reports so you can track progress and identify weak areas.
• PDF Prep Packs → Focused on content learning with easy-to-read study material, plus flashcards and practice questions built into every chapter to help you actively recall what you’re studying.

The only difference is how long you have access.

• Basic: 30 days of access
• Premium: 60 days of access

Both plans include the same exams and tools.
